5 & 6 Youth Group Orientation Wednesday, Sept. 8th at 7:00 pm
Letters were mailed to all 5&6 graders regarding the youth group orientation meeting. If you did not
receive a letter, and have a child going into 5th or 6th grade, please contact the church office.
Leaders for this group are Jane Sieve, Rachel Conrady and Kathy Fossen.

All 7th & 8th graders should have received a letter with details about this orientation mtg. If you
have a child in 7th or 8th grade,and did not receive a letter, pls contact the church office.
Heimatfest is September 11th
Hope Lutheran is very involved with Heimatfest, and we need YOUR help! Sign-up sheets are
available on the table in the narthex for the following: Ice Cream Stand, Parade Walkers. Please
help your church by signing up for a shift at the taco stand and/or ice cream stand, and walk with us
in the parade too!
KOK Sunday School Family Celebration September 12th
Kids Of The Kingdom, our Sunday School program begins at 9:45 am downstairs in the Ed.
Center. KOK is for children, ages three through fourth grade. We kick off the year with a family
celebration,then start our regular rotation on Sept. 19th. We need shepherds to bring a group of
kids from station to station, please contact the church office if you can help!

Children’s Choir Resumes September 15th
ALL kids, ages three through fourth grade are invited to be a part of the choir!!
The Joy Choir (three year old through Kindergarten) meets each Wednesday
from 6:00-6:30 pm and is led by Bethany Nissen. The Praise Choir (first
through fourth graders) meets each Wednesday from 6:30-7:15 pm and is led
by Char Senske.
